Fan Mail
I’m a newer investor and I’ve been following you for about 3 months now. I have 2 properties/3 units in Billings, MT. (1 SFH & 1 Duplex) I have to tell you, I get so much out of every podcast I’ve listened to! I have a great team in place, realtor, PM, & Cotractors. I’m blessed. However listening to your podcasts helps keep me abreast on everything that goes along with purchasing, funding, and managing so although I have a great team in place, I’m confident that I could still handle self managing if I ever had to. I also like your humor too. Lol I live in Southern California so I’m not near my properties and like that you cover those scenarios as well. Thanks for all your great information!!!! I will definitely continue listening to you daily!!! Tiffany Simmons.
